The Participant understands that weight loss is a function of many factors and, as such, acknowledges that the Coach has made no guarantees or assurances of weight loss. 

The Participant acknowledges that they take full responsibility for their life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Participant’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after visiting this site or using its services. The Participant expressly assumes the risks of using this website and its contents and its services, whether or not such risks were created or exacerbated by the Coach. The Participant releases the Coach, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, teachers, lecturers, agents, health coaches and staff (collectively, the Releasees) from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, which against the Releasees, the Participant ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Releasees, arising from the Participant’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, this website and its contents and/or services, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Releasees. 

The Participant acknowledges the Coach will keep all information exchanged during any contact in strict confidentiality. Additionally, the Participant is aware that the Coach is prohibited from disclosing protected healthcare information, except upon written authorization by the Participant. 

Every effort is made to make sure the Coach’s information is accurate and up to date as possible but no assurance can be given that the material will always include the most recent findings or developments with respect to the particular material.  As a result, there may be mistakes, both in content and typographical.
